RETURNS POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Harrison Bloy Plumbing & Bathrooms.

If you need to cancel an order or return an item you have purchased, this policy sets out what to do.

  1. Cancellation

You can cancel an order before you receive the item.  If we receive your cancellation before the item has been sent, we will provide a full refund.  If the item has already been sent, we will refund you the cost of the item, but any delivery charges will still apply.

  1. Returns

You may return an item within one month from the date you receive it.  To be eligible for a refund your returned item must be:

– unused and in the same condition as you received it;

– in its original packaging; and

– returned with your receipt or other proof of purchase.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will check it meets our refund criteria and notify you of the status of your refund.  If a refund is approved, we will process a refund to your credit card or other original payment method, if applicable.

  1. Warranties for faulty items

If your item is faulty and still within its warranty period, we will replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.  In order to replace or refund the faulty item, you will first need to return it to us for inspection.

  1. Shipping

You are responsible for meeting all shipping costs for returning your item.
